When I first went away in 2006, people always wished they could do what I was doing. For a few people it is easy to just jump ship and travel. Others just need a soft nudge. For me, all it took was a trip to Thailand before I was quitting my job and telling my friends I would definitely travel. For others it is harder. They’re more tied down, more afraid, more uncertain. They would like to take action but, instead of the nudge I wanted, they want a complete on push. So here’s my push. Here are seven reasons to visit around the globe:
There exists a recession. With the planet economy in a tailspin and companies slashing jobs, there is of economic uncertainty. Avoid สมบัติทัวร์ it all. Go travel. If you quit your job, sell your stuff and travel, you won’t need to bother about it. Actually, prices are dropping while the tourist industry tries harder to get people to go overseas. Return when the economy is better.
It’s much better than working. Working is work. Sitting behind a table for eight hours, commuting to work, fretting about bosses and reports isn’t our concept of a good time. Let’s face it, between fretting about next month’s budget or sitting on a beach in Asia, everyone would choose the beach. So why are you behind your desk?
It’s never as expensive as you think. Everyone thinks that traveling is expensive but it’s not. You are able to travel quiet cheaply by flying low priced airlines, remaining in hostels, or with locals who give you their home. The locals don’t spend a king’s ransom in their own city.
You understand yourself. Travel can help you determine what makes you you and everything you really like or dislike. Forced to fend yourself, it is do or die. You have to adjust to your surroundings, meet others, make your personal decisions, and plan your life.
You meet a lot of people. There’s not just a day that doesn’t pass by where that you don’t meet people doing the same you are. You’ll meet locals who will take you around and open their homes and city to you. What more could you request in life than meeting wonderful people and developing a network of friends that encompasses the globe. You’ll meet so many people you’ll wish you had some time to yourself.
You understand other cultures. The planet is a big place and globalization has caused it to be much more complicated and interconnected. You might never begin to know all of those other players on earth or why people do what they do by sitting at home. Traveling is likely to make other cultures and people more than just an experience on the news.
You’ll make everyone jealous. Let’s face it- everyone wants to visit the planet but few people do. Do it and make everyone at home jealous of you, your stories, and your photos. While they work all day long, you explore the world. They’ll regret asking you how your entire day was when you let them know everything you did.
